There are several things you
can do if your HiSpeed4U Wireless broadband internet
service is not working. Please try the following remedies
first:
* First check to make sure all of your equipment is
plugged in properly to the electrical outlets nearby.
Many customers have called us reporting an outage
only to discover that their equipment somehow got
unplugged.
* If your equipment is plugged in properly, check
to see if you have lights on your equipment. An absence
of lights on your equipment while properly plugged
in may suggest that you've blown a fuse at the circuit
breaker box. Check the fuse to see if it's blown.
* If some lights are on but others are not, you may
need to unplug your equipment and then plug it back
in. Start with your radio. Unplug the black power
cord which goes into the white 2" x 2" J-box. Then
plug it back in. It will take about 60 seconds to
reboot your radio. Check to see if that restores your
internet service. If not, unplug your router and plug
it back in. Wait about fifteen seconds before checking
to see if your internet service is restored.
* If the steps above do not
work, please reboot your computer.
